    As CEO, Ian brings 30+ years’ experience with Corporate, Wholesale, and Retail Foreign Exchange and International Payments businesses in senior roles for major non-bank providers globally.

    Sudeep has over 15 years of experience in the foreign currency and payments space with both bank and non-bank providers. An experienced servant leader backed by an MBA, Sudeep’s approach is to eliminate obstacles so his teams can leverage their full talents for each client.

    Joseph (Jody) Jacobson has over 20 years of Foreign Exchange derivatives trading and leadership experience. He has managed trading and sales teams in many locations around the world. Most recently, Jody was Global Head of FX Options trading at Wells Fargo in San Francisco. During his time at Wells, the FX Options trading team expanded its footprint globally and increased market-making capabilities.

    Before joining Wells Fargo, Jody worked for NationsBanc CRT in Chicago and spent some time on the floor of the CME. He then spent several years working for Refco Capital Markets in multiple locations including: Bermuda, Vienna and Chicago. During that time, he trade FX spot, forwards and options.

    Utilizing over 30 years’ experience in the International Banking and Payment industry, Ray has partnered with a wide range of companies, from SME’s to leading global companies like Toyota SA, BP, Daimler and Shell.  He led a team at a leading South African investment bank before moving to the USA and joining Western Union Business Solutions.  He helps companies mitigate foreign exchange risks and manage exposures using bespoke hedging programs, bringing certainty to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.

    After obtaining his MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, Douglas began his FX career working for publicly traded, multinational firms.  Douglas was then recruited by M&T Bank to bring that experience to its clients.  In the three decades that Douglas was worked in the field, he has helped nearly a thousand individual companies, from small organizations to multibillion complex organizations, manage their foreign exchange exposure and payments.

    A frequent guest speaker and regularly quoted by financial publications, Douglas has developed a reputation for being extremely knowledgeable about the markets. He provides unique and creative approaches to help each of his clients fulfill their specific needs.

    We lost our friend and colleague Ralph  on Tuesday, August 30th, 2022.

    Ralph was the first to join the firm just after our founding and brought over 3 decades of experience. Talent would not be the company that it is today without Ralph’s efforts. Ralph was known for being hard-working, a loyal team player, detail-oriented and an excellent listener and communicator.  His absence is keenly felt and we will remember his humor, compassion and great story telling.

    He will forever be in our hearts and part of the Talent Team.
